By using Buy2Enjoy.pk ('Site') you agree to these terms and conditions, privacy policy, returns and refund policy of the Site. Please read the Terms and Conditions carefully before using Buy2Enjoy.pk.

We are an online Ecommerce Store and these are the terms and conditions governing your access and use of Buy2Enjoy along with its related sub-domains, sites, mobile app, services and tools (the "Site"). By using the Site, you hereby accept these terms and conditions (including the linked information herein) and represent that you agree to comply with these terms and conditions (the "User Agreement"). Buyer Policy

1. INTRODUCTION

All users and customers of the Buy2Enjoy website and mobile applications (collectively, the "Buyers") are required to comply with this Buyer Policy, in addition to Buy2Enjoy's Terms of Use, Conditions of Sale, and any other applicable policies, all of which are incorporated by reference into this Buyer Policy.

Buy2Enjoy is committed to maintaining a secure, fair, and reliable ecommerce environment. This Buyer Policy is intended to ensure that the Buy2Enjoy platform operates in an orderly manner and provides a safe and pleasant shopping experience for all users.

2. POLICY ENFORCEMENT

Buyers must comply with the rules and standards set out in this Buyer Policy. If a Buyer violates this Policy, Buy2Enjoy reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to take one or more of the following actions:

• Suspend, cancel, block, reverse, or refuse any transaction or order
• Amend, remove, or restrict any content, messages, or features available to the Buyer
• Restrict, suspend, or permanently terminate the Buyer's account
• Deny access to the Buy2Enjoy platform in whole or in part

The rules outlined in this Buyer Policy are non-exhaustive. Buy2Enjoy reserves the right to take additional enforcement actions, including reporting suspected misconduct to relevant regulatory authorities or law-enforcement agencies where appropriate.

3. BUYER CONDUCT RULES

A. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

• Buyers must ensure that all account information provided to Buy2Enjoy is accurate, complete, and lawful.
• You must not:
  • Register or operate multiple accounts for the purpose of abusing promotions, vouchers, refunds, incentives, or any Buy2Enjoy program
  • Create accounts using false, forged, misleading, stolen, or third-party information (including email addresses, phone numbers, or delivery addresses)
  • Tamper with devices, applications, or software to bypass Buy2Enjoy security features, manipulate transactions, or clone Buy2Enjoy applications

B. TRANSACTIONS

• All orders, communications, and transactions conducted through Buy2Enjoy are subject to Buy2Enjoy's official policies and must be honored accordingly.
• Buyers must not engage in any fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading activity, including but not limited to:
  • Attempting to defraud Buy2Enjoy
  • Creating fake orders or transactions
  • Misusing refund, voucher, or promotional systems
• All transactions must remain within Buy2Enjoy:
  • Payments must be completed only through Buy2Enjoy's authorized payment methods
  • Buyers must not attempt offline payments or transactions outside the Buy2Enjoy platform
  • Buyers must not redirect or attempt to move purchases to other platforms or channels
  • All communications related to orders must take place through Buy2Enjoy's official channels
• Buyers must provide accurate and complete shipping details and must not deliberately refuse delivery.
  • If a delivered product appears defective or incorrect, the Buyer must accept delivery and follow Buy2Enjoy's official Returns and Refund Policy instead of rejecting the shipment.

C. POST-TRANSACTION CONDUCT

• Buyers are encouraged to provide honest, accurate, and fair feedback regarding products and services.
• Product reviews are permitted only for registered customer accounts that placed the order through that same account and have received the product (order status delivered).
• Guest checkouts or orders placed without a user account are not eligible to submit product reviews.
• Each customer account may submit only one review per product.
• Customers may post follow-up replies on their own review thread.
• Buy2Enjoy administrators may moderate reviews, remove reviews, and post replies publicly or privately. Private admin replies are visible only to Buy2Enjoy administrators and the customer account owner of that review.
• Buyers must not:
  • Post fake, misleading, defamatory, abusive, discriminatory, or unlawful reviews or content
  • Post irrelevant or inappropriate content unrelated to the actual purchase experience
• Buyers must not initiate payment disputes, chargebacks, or claims if a refund has already been issued by Buy2Enjoy or the payment service provider in accordance with Buy2Enjoy's policies.

4. GENERAL

Violation of this Buyer Policy may result in account suspension, permanent bans, order cancellation, loss of promotional benefits, or legal action where applicable. Buy2Enjoy reserves the right to amend this Buyer Policy at any time. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
